C-26, r. 126 - Regulation respecting terms and conditions for permits to be issued by the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec

1. The executive committee of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec shall issue a permit to any person who:
(1)  submits a permit application in writing to the executive committee;
(2)  provides an authentic copy of his act of birth or proof that he was legally admitted to Canada to reside permanently;
(3)  provides an attestation that he holds a dipoma recognized by the Government under the first paragraph of section 184 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) as giving access to a permit issued by the Order or an attestation that the board of directors has recognized an equivalence of diploma or training;
(4)  where applicable, provides the attestation prescribed in section 35 of the Charter of the French language (chapter C-11);
(5)  has obtained a trainee’s certificate and has successfully completed a training period in accordance with Division II or has an equivalence in accordance with Division VI;
(6)  has taken, during the training period, the training course offered by the Order on the standards of professional practice and ethics or has an equivalence in accordance with Division VI;
(7)  has passed the examination prescribed in Division V or has an equivalence in accordance with Division VI;
(8)  has paid the fees for the issue of a permit.
